Day 1 Arrival and to the Sigiriya

Arrive at Sri Lanka (Katunayake International Airport)

Our first destination is Sigiriya it’s one of the most popular and picturesque destination evening you can relax at the hotel 

This day we going to do a climb to Sigiriya rock fortress also one UNESCO world heritage site that dominated by massive Colom of rock approximately 180 meters high well design for its defence by having rampart and moats build around it to the summit of the rock the land area up to distance of miles can be watch creating this magnificent masterpiece credit goes to king Kashyapa (AD 477-495) he built this place on the top of the rock with colourful frescoes with Water Garden, Mirror wall, Boulder Garden and Terraced Garden

After the Sigiriya climb we going to discover the true village life and having the lunch from village house

Then our next place is Dambulla cave temple famous for largest best preserved cave temple in Sri Lanka it’s a sacred pilgrimage site for 22 centuries, this cave monastery with five sanctuaries with Buddhist mural paintings and 157 statues belonging to one of the UNESCO world heritage sites

Then we visit to this wildlife reserve to witness Sri Lankan elephants. During the dry season, 150–300 wild elephants may gather close to Minneriya Tank. The 888.4-hectare Minneriya National Park is home to a variety of exotic animals, including native monkeys, sloth bears, buffalo, and Sri Lankan Sambar deer. You’ll then be transported back to Sigiriya, where you may spend the night 

Day 2 sightseeing Sigiriya and Dambulla Rock

Day 3 Sigiriya to Kandy

Our fifth day we are heading to Kandy last Kingdom before it goes to British on the way to Kandy, we take chance to visit spice and herbal garden in Matale are they grow best spices and from ancient time we are famous for our spices the Dutch and the portuguese came here for the spices 

Then after we will visit The Nalanda Gedige temple is located near Matale; it is an ancient stone temple. The building was constructed between the 8th and 10th century A.D. The structure of the Dravidian architecture was built in the Pallava style. The temple was believed to be used by Buddhists and was later confirmed after a pillar was unearthed at the site. The ruins are believed to be the site that is considered the geographical centre of Sri Lanka

Then we will drive to view Point to there you can see entire city of Kandy

Our next stop is Cultural dance show

And visit Tooth Relic Temple The place most sacred to the Buddhist World Temple of Tooth (where the canine tooth of Gautama Buddha Situated) and the King’s Palace They been Announced as UNESCO World Heritage site in1988

Then will head back to hotel

On this day we are travelling to picturesque  city in hill country Nuwara Eliya, before we go down to Nuwara Eliya we will take short time to visit Peradeniya Botanical Garden and Gem Museum

And will driveTo Nuwara Eliya we are driving through the mountains covered with lush green tea plantations and amazing waterfalls like Ramboda waterfall (109m high) and many other waterfalls & also on the way to Nuwara Eliya we will stop by the Tea Garden & factory you can get free visit to see the factory, Tea Garden and tea tasting after that we will take you to the hotel at Nuwara Eliya for overnight stay

Day 4 Kandy to Nuwara Eliya

Day 5 Nuwara Eliya to Ella

Our day 7 starts with the Most amazing train ride Nuwara Eliya (Nanu Oya) to Ella  on this train ride you will lucky to witness amazing countryside from Nanu Oya rail station you will get off from the train and I will be there to pick you up drive to the hotel and stay overnight

Day 6 is little adventures day we have few warks one is to the famous 9 arch bridge it was built in British colonial period for the train track and after the 9-arch bridge we will visit little Adams peak 

Day 6 Ella

Day 7 Ella to Yala

On This day we going down from mountain to south of sri lanka Yala,on the way to Yala we can stop by the Ravana Waterfall for some time,next we will visit Diyaluma WaterFall and Buduruwagala Ancient Temple  stay at Yala

Today you will get a chance to take an adventurous trip to Yala national park, 2nd largest national park in Sri Lanka. The park is best known for its variety of wildlife and important conservation of Sri Lankan elephants, Sri Lankan leopards and aquatic birds.

Day 8 Ella to Yala

Day 9 Yala To Colombo

On The way to Colombo We will take a chance to visit  famous galle dutch fort old city founded by Portuguese colonists in 16th century, stone seawalls expanded by Dutch in 17th century 1649 onwards The Galle fort is the largest remaining fortress in Asia built by European occupiers and its name as UNESCO world heritage site

And Little Boat Ride through the Madu River and stay overnight colombo

The last day of  10 days tour concluding our driver will take you to Colombo international airport right on time to your flight
